Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Continental Jewelry will gladly refund or
exchange the item within 15 days of the original purchase date. We regrettably cannot take back or exchange any items which were custom designed, custom ordered, worn or damaged.
Trade-In Policy
You will always be welcome to upgrade your original diamond. To receive 100 percent of your original purchase price, you must spend at least 50% or more on the new diamond, excluding tax.
