I just wanted to let you know that the rings arrived safely this morning. Your timing could not have been better as Marcus deployed today, which was a sad moment in itself, but now I am more excited than ever to speak to him and let him know how fantastic the wedding band looks with the engagement ring. It has been a month since I proposed to my girlfriend Charlene in Chicago! I wanted to attach images of my trip and a brief description of the proposal. First, I want to thank you for your valuable insight and experience in helping me pick the right diamond for Charlene. I came to you with little knowledge about this whole engagement process and you held my hand and guided me with genuine concern for selecting the perfect diamond.
To briefly describe the proposal, I took her on a trip to Chicago telling her it was a business trip. The first nite we were in town I took her to a 4 star restaurant were the experience was just as great as the food! Afterwards, I took her to a roof top terrace for drinks. It was there, in a secluded corner of the terrace surrounded by flowered trellises and the sky line of downtown Chicago, that I told her that she was the business deal that I wanted to close . . . she loved the ring and was teary eyed. From there I had one last surprise waiting for her; a horse and carriage ride through downtown Chicago!

My Sales Person at Continental (Sue) was like a second mother to me. She spent so much time focused on trying to get a better understanding of what would be a perfect match for my soon to be wife. I could immediately tell that I was dealing with a professional whose main focus was asking a lot of questions, not just showing me anything in the case. She had so much knowledge of all of the different lines, and the selection of engagement rings that Continental offers was second to none. She helped me secretly uncover a lot of the unknowns like, what size ring she wears, and what style ring does she like, all by giving me a few investigative lessons, allowing me to keep it a surprise.

It has taken me a couple of days just to catch my breath following the breath-taking event I experienced on October 12th. There are only a few precious events in ones life that brand its memories into ones heart. I would like to think the birth of a child would be one of those times and on October 12th I watched with great anticipation the arrival of my life long dream! My husband’s deliverance of my dream wedding ring set and dream diamond!!I know that the deliverance of a piece of jewelry is not equal to a delivery of a baby, but …the anticipation and waiting can be just as exciting. I want to thank you for your all important guidance and help in making mine and my husband’s dream come true.
This was a very big and important decision we were making. We had been to several other jewelry stores in the Tampa Bay Area, and there were some very nice pieces of jewelry that I could have selected.
